Face The Odds (IRE)
Updates
P2P.ie Review: Face The Odds shaped with plenty of promise when finishing a close third in a four-year-old maiden at Lisronagh on his only start to date. The good-looking son of Presenting travelled and jumped notably well for much of this contest in mid division, before finding plenty for pressure in the closing stages to get within four-lengths of the winner. The well-bred sort indicated that a stiffer test of stamina may be more to his liking, as the €42,000 store was doing his best work late in the day. Going forward this Denis Murphy-trained gelding should be a progressive sort under rules.
