The Mahler gelding has improved with each of his four starts this season, with his latest Ballynoe effort offering the greatest amount of encouragement. That also coincided with the quickest ground conditions which he has encountered to date, beaten just 13-lengths into third by an impressive looking newcomer. With more opportunities on good ground, that should see him produce even further improvement.
