P2P.ie Review: Zero Tolerance started his career when chasing home the subsequent £220,000 seller Au Fleuron in a point-to-point bumper at Tipperary last year, beaten just four and a half lengths. The horse that finished immediately behind him has since won a bumper and maiden hurdle, whilst the horse that was a further 16 lengths back in fifth has also won a maiden hurdle this season to give a strong indication of his ability. Zero Tolerance has since changed stables and after pulling-up on his debut over obstacles at Castlelands in March he went close at Ballyknock last month. This is a new course which strongly favoured front runners at the opening fixture and Zero Tolerance stayed-on very strongly to run down the long-time leader in the closing stages, to such an extent that he was only denied by a neck at the lin. That horse has since been purchased by Philip Hobbs for £60,000 and it would seem that Zero Tolerance too is set for a profitable career on the track now.
