P2P.ie Review: A very impressive debut effort by this son of Imperial Monarch to score at Dromahane. He made all the running and was a quick jumper throughout. He was in fact the only front runner to win throughout the afternoon but such was his cruising speed that the writing was on the wall from a long way out for his rivals as he was already well in command before leaving the back straight after jumping four out. Whilst one of his rivals managed to get to within a length of him at the line it was clear that he had been eased down at this stage and had won with any amount in hand. The time of this race was notably faster than the average on the day being all of twelve seconds faster than the average on the day and given that he has such a high cruising speed it seems certain that when he drops down in trip he will have the class to race to a very high level. On a further positive note he is from the family of some fine staying types such as Second Schedule, Calling Brave, Ottowa and Farmer Jack suggesting he can develop into a high class staying chaser in time also.
