P2P.ie Review: Francesco Du Clos is a son of Spanish Moon who has a number of winners on the flat within his immediate family which may leave him as an interesting proposition over slightly shorter trips following a number of very solid efforts in competitive maidens. Most recently, he tried to make much of the running and set a decent tempo in the process at Lisronagh as the field was certainly well spread out quite early on the final circuit. A serious error at the penultimate fence significantly hampered his cause, and so he would seem to have shown a lot more promise than being beaten 18 lengths would suggest. He looks an ideal candidate for racing in Britain.
