P2P.ie Review: Steelambition made a winning start to the season when taking the six-year-old-and-upwards maiden at Castletown-Geoghegan in April. Fourth in a five-year-old maiden at Tralee last May to Ballinaslea Bridge who is a dual hurdle winner this season, the son of Robin Des Pres made it a pillar to post victory and when challenged before the final fence, he found plenty for pressure to go away and win by three quarters of a length. The six-year-old is out of a half-sister to the 10-time winner Brooklyn Brownie as well as being from the family of Clew Bay Cove and My Names Not Bin and looks like a horse that could be a real money spinner for his new connections.
