Clearly highly sought after when an unraced three-year-old to merit such a figure, that opinion of the store sale judges was vindicated as he posted a very likeable debut at Curraghmore late last month. Soft ground at this big venue ensured the youngsters were set a notable test and only three runners managed to finish, however the Coastal Path gelding offered a great deal of promise when running into one of the more promising types to have run thus far in the season. Given that the margin of defeat was just five lengths, there is a great deal of promise to be taken from this introduction.
