Sold subject to the terms of the breeding right agreement;

• The stallion owner shall have the first right to purchase the breeding right at the proposed purchase price within 10 days. Payment for the breeding right shall be made in accordance with Goffs Conditions of Sale
• The purchaser shall be entitled to use or sell one nomination during each Northern Hemisphere season by the Stallion
• At no time does the breeding right holder acquire any share or other right or interest in the Stallion. In the event the Owner sells the Stallion the breeding right holder shall be entitled to 1% of the net proceeds of sale.
