Sold subject to the terms of the breeding right agreement;

• The breeding right will be sold on the fall of hammer. Payment for the breeding right shall be made in accordance with Goffs Conditions of Sale
• The purchaser shall be entitled to use or sell one nomination during each Northern Hemisphere season by the Stallion for so long as the Stallion shall stand at Overbury Stud
• At no time does the breeding right holder acquire any share or other right or interest in the Stallion. In the event the Owner sells the Stallion the breeding right holder shall be entitled to 0.5% of the net proceeds of sale.
