The Breeding RIght is offered subject to the terms of the breeding right agreement;

• The stallion owner shall have the first right to purchase the breeding right at the proposed purchase price within 3 working days. Payment for the breeding right shall be made in accordance with Goffs Conditions of Sale
• The purchaser shall be entitled to use or sell one nomination during each Northern Hemisphere season by the Stallion    
• At no time does the breeding right holder acquire any share or other right or interest in the Stallion. If Owner sells the Stallion it shall either, at the election of the Owner, pay to the Holder a sum equal to 0.5% of the net proceeds of the sale or transfer the Breeding Rights to the purchasers
