241. Not A Loss (IRE)

Leighmoney Stables (Robert Tyner)
Not Sold (68000)

Updates

P2P.ie review: Not A Loss made a big impression when taking her four-year-old mares’ maiden at Dromahane in December when getting off the mark at the third time of asking for Cork handler Robert Tyner. The bay mare justified her odds-on favouritism in this contest considering that she was leading when falling at the final fence in the race won by Fresh Appeal at Boulta at the beginning of December. The homebred daughter of Milan, whose Pistolet Bleu-sired dam Coscorrig was a listed winner over fences, made all the running. She jumped soundly in the process and, having received a timely breather before three-out, she came home a most authoritative winner. Ultimately, she crossed the line with six lengths to spare over Ask The Lady, who was the only other finisher in the nine-runner contest. This eye-catching mare highlighted herself as an exciting sort who will be a real addition to any trainer’s yard.
