P2P.ie Review: Victory Echo got off the mark at the fourth time of asking when taking the five-year-old geldings’ maiden at Dromahane and is clearly an improving sort. Second on his previous start, the Cloudings gelding was given a patient ride by James Hannon on this occasion before making good progress to pick up the advantage at the penultimate obstacle. From here gelding stayed on gamely in the closing stages to fend off the challenge of Finisk River who had previously fallen when running well at Borris. He should prove capable of winning plenty of races under rules for his new connections.
