P2P.ie review: My Mate Mozzie made the perfect start to his career when an eight-length success at Tattersalls earlier this month. A first son of Born To Sea to win an Irish point-to-point, the four-year-old emerged from the dense fog at the head of affairs and what was most impressive about the manner of this success, was just how easily he was able to extend his winning advantage on the uphill climb to the line. Three lengths clear of the well-fancied runner-up jumping the last, he was certainly not stopping on the run-in, as he more than doubled this advantage in the manner of a horse who clearly had a great deal more to offer in the quickest time on the card.
