P2P Review - Music Drive had already more than hinted at the ability that he had when making his debut at Tipperary last spring. Holding particularly strong claims when coming down at the final fence on that occasion, the race is working out nicely with three horses already having finished in the placings subsequently. Given that opening effort he would undoubtedly have been expected to immediately put that record right, however his return came in what looked a particularly strong maiden for the opening weekend of the season which could very easily have been a real test for him. In a measure of his ability and in spite of coming up against a horse who had finished second in both previous runs in bumpers, he was always holding his rivals once moving through to lead after the penultimate fence in a race which clocked the notable time that was 14 seconds quicker than the day’s average. He looks smart.
