P2P.ie Review: A fine son of Notnowcato who is out of a Roselier mare and this striking grey has made a big impression on debut at Ballynoe. He looked to have set sail for home with winning expectations on the run to the second last but did somewhat feel the effect of his efforts when joined by eventual winner Encanto Bruno. What was admirable is how generously he found reserves once joined and still held a very live chance but for a notable error at the last where he did well to recover as well as he did. He clearly has a high cruising speed as he was travelling strongest on the run to the second last and his resolution for the game is certainly not for question given how he responded once challenged. He is a brother to a black type performer in Baily Cloud and his dam is a sister to Alcapone while he hails from the family of one of the all-time great NH talents in Carvills Hill who, like this fellows damsire, was by Roselier.
