P2P.ie Review: Meyer Lansky shaped with plenty of promise when only beaten nine lengths in third on his debut in the four-year-old maiden at Liscarroll.  The son of Mahler was given a patient ride by Eoin O’Brien and caught the eye travelling strongly throughout. The bay made steady progress into the contest inside the final mile and was setting off in pursuit of the leaders when a mistake two-out hindered his chances. To his credit this likable sort came out of the pack to chase down the leaders on the run to the last and was doing his best work at the finish. Out of a full-sister to Oscar Time this four-year-old should be a progressive sort for new connections.
