PTP Review: Bred by Kirsten Rausing out of a daughter of the Yorkshire Oaks and Prix Vermeille winner My Emma, this gelding made his debut in a point-to-point bumper at Sheriff Hutton in February. He finished third, beaten three lengths by Purse Price who was later sold to Gordon Elliott for £25,000 – and is entered at Tipperary on Thursday this week. Next time out he ran in a two-and-a-half mile maiden race at Charm Park and was in contention until unseating his rider two from home, and he was then headed on the post when second over three miles in an 11-runner maiden at Hutton Rudby. After three very promising runs it all came together on his next start when he ran out an easy winner of a seven-runner maiden over three miles at Hornby Castle. Clearly a progressive and well-bred horse.
