P2P.ie Review: Having finished an eye-catching third at Tipperary on debut this son of Finsceal For was on every shortlist when he reappeared and that second run came just a few weeks later at Lisronagh. This was a race where the second, third and fifth had all shown previous form and in doing so ensured this was a competitive affair. The runner up Charlie Uberalles appeared to have first run from the turn towards home so this winner had to battle hard to close the gap and in doing so outbattled the runner up and in the closing strides before the post was forging clear and opening up a lead which looked likely to extend even further had the winning post been further away from the last fence. Whilst his stamina was proven here it is notable that his dam won five times on the flat so this is expected to be a versatile sort who should be easy to place to win races.
