P2P.ie Review: Sublime Heights made the best possible start to his career when he ran out the winner of the first four-year-old maiden for geldings of the new season at Ballingarry in September. Following in the footsteps of his dam, the Beneficial mare Corrag Lass, who herself won an older mares’ maiden point at Largy, he showed his liking for conditions as once being left in front in division one of this race at the second last, he battled very gamely to maintain that position. Challenged strongly on two occasions from the run out of the back, he really had to be tough to defeat two fellow first timers, both of whom were nicely bred individuals that had cost €30,000 and €40,000 respectively at the store sales.
