Kilcullen Bellamy lost her maiden tag at Borris in December on what was her second start between the flags following her initial start at Dromahane in May 2016 where she excited at the third last fence. The Black Sam Bellamy mare was patiently ridden and progressed to the runner-up spot approaching the straight before taking up the lead at the final fence where went on to win by one and a half lengths. A half-sister to three bumper winners, Kilcullen Bellamy looks like a mare that could provide plenty of entertainment for her new connections.
